Credit card is taken through PayPal. Please let us know if you experience any difficulties with the payment process. Checks are accepted with a hold on your items until the check clears. Money orders are also taken with a hold on your items until payment is received. Make all payments payable to Kim Gatto.

Returns and Exchanges
Items may be returned if we are contacted immediately upon receipt of item(s). Item(s) must be returned immediately upon receipt. Item(s) must be in original and unused condition. Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable. ***All items should be insured for the cost of items being returned.

You MUST first email customerservice@designsbygatto.com, before sending your return. Customer Service will contact you with instructions on how to proceed and where to return the item(s).

Include instructions to credit your account, refund your money, or exchange the item(s) for another. 

Your account will be credited as soon as the items are received. Exchanges will ship within a week of receipt providing the requested item(s) are in stock.

***Please remember all items are one-of-a-kind. Much care is put into creating them. Please use the same care when returning each item for we would like to resell them.
